Q: Im paying child support for a child i thought was mine. Her moms married to her dad but im on the birth certificate
She tried to take me off for her but the court daid i was gonna have to hire a lawyer and pay to have my name removed off the birth certificate. Why is that when her mother told the judge the child wasnt mine and she wanted to have me taken off child support for her. Im paying child support for 3 kids of which me and my kids mom have 2 together and she's married to the other kids dad
A: First get a drug store DNA test, if she will cooperate. Then hire a family law attorney to do a disavowal.
