Q: Is there any recourse against a person filing false harassment charges & attempting to get a restraining order on me
me, then plaintiff’s attorney quickly dismissed the case without predujice.
-I had never seen nor met the person.
-There were never harassing emails or phone calls, nor texts or letters.
The plaintiff and woman committed perjury.

if they committed Perjury then see if the police or DA would get involved.
it sounds like they are probably missing a few marbles, and often people like that do not have assets.
thus if you hired a lawyer on an hourly the likelihood of getting any money would be minimal.
