Shreveport, LA asked in Criminal Law and Juvenile Law for Louisiana

Q: Three years ago my grandma kidnapped my little brother. She lied to the police, said my dad didn’t have a house or job

They didn’t do a background check because my dad has all three and we have a better home for my little brother than her. We where going to court against her, and the mom was on our side. The grandmother lied in all her papers and ran my dads name and the moms name in the ground. She got to keep him. I don’t understand why she still has him. My dad also didn’t get to go to court cause they kicked him out of the situation and we didn’t know anything at that point. So it was just the mom and my grandmother fighting. I want to know what age I have to be to fight for him. I have all of the evidence of us having a home, job, and car, and videos of us chasing her down after she kidnapped him.
