Q: No contact parole stipulation
I'm on parole in Kentucky and one of my stipulations is no contact with victims. I have victims in my crime that im on parole for. Are they talking about those victims? Are they talking about my girlfriend that I have a history of domestic violence with? Our DVO has expired and they haven't said anything about contact with her.
