Q: I was arrested for burglary I was in jail 33 days then a plea bargain was offered can I sue or a for wrongful convictio

I was granted this property in a default judgement in a divorce my ex filed a motion to vacate in court the judge granted him a wrong address. I went to the court house and showed them the mess up and they said that I was legally the owner,I then went to my local police department and asked officer if I would be arrested if I went there he never answered me so I went to county and showed them the paperwork they said I could not be arrested because it was still my prooerty. I went to the property and started cleaning stuff up the neighbor came over drunk I was changing the locks as I was told to do I came out told the neighbor to just call the police so he did when the officer came he said that I was ok to be there told the neighbor the neighbor apologized and left the next day I went back and three officers showed up everything was fine they left it was about 3 days later I went back was standing in the yard when a officer comes and arrested me for burglary

A: Did you take the plea bargain? If so, you likely will not have a leg to stand on regarding any types of law suit. You need to discuss your matter with a civil attorney right away.
