Q: Got caught with Xanax, and a dab pen but im 16 and a felony was charged how bad is this.

i am not addicted to them. I suffer from anxiety and depression but i am not the one who really shows it, i just struggles with lack of motivation and a lot of anxiety. I But i am not like addicted to them i just got caught at the moments. nothing was with the intent to sell and it was all personal. I have never had any charges and have never been in trouble with the law until now. I am honestly like a normal students, i go to work and i play sports and i am very respectful and everything i just made a poor choice i do understand. I get along with everyone really i dont get in trouble really i was just taking them because just to escape all the problems for a bit, i am no drug addict or drug seller or anything just made a poor choice really.

A: These are very serious charges. You need to have your parents hire a criminal defense attorney to assist you with these charges. The sooner you hire an attorney, the better.
