Q: What are my best options for getting this ticket thrown out? It says I can request dismissal online. What do I do?
I was pulled over for speeding 64 in a 45. I explained my situation and the officer understood. He gave me a warning. However, my license was recently expired as I just turned 21 in late December and did not realize that they expired so soon after. He wrote me a ticket for “Operate a Motor Vehicle on a street or highway exported operations license (G.S. 20-7(F))”.
