A: I suggest you make an appointment to sit down with them, understand what has gone on, what is going on, and what needs to be done and what needs to happen so that can be done. Many cases wait while the person involved gets the treatment they need so that the attorney can see a) how extensive was the problem and b) what if any problems they are left with. If your questions aren't answered then, I suggest you get a second opinion from a member of the NC Assn for Justice/Trial Lawyers Assn---they give free consults.
