Q: Was evicted, Movers are just throwing my stuff in bags. This is causing great hardship. How do I fight this. I need help
I am overwhelmed and there is too much stuff now packed into the storage units. I can’t even pull things out for the organizations to take stuff. I have one month before the first group is due in about a week after that the second group is due. If I have to pay all of these I will not be able to pay rent. I was supposed to have a move-in date March 1. I’m 66 years. This is Bank Of America and I was in a modification I do not have the paperwork. I have so much else. This is caused great hardship through the last 13 years. I finally basically gave up in the court was very upset with me and it showed. The judge felt this was self-inflicted. When in fact it was emotional hardship created by Bank Of America, in 2010/2012 When I was put up for sheriff sale almost every month. I became a pack rat and I have rooms that got stuck in a time warp. Now I have a six bedroom house +2 stories for basement being literally thrown in bags. There is so much glass all over and broken items. Heart issues

I am sorry to hear about your situation. Have you looked into any of NJ's state assistance programs?
