Alexandria, KY asked in Criminal Law, Civil Litigation, Federal Crimes and Juvenile Law for Kentucky

Q: Idk what to do!??

Me, my brother, his GF & her brother went to get her clothes that one of her ex-friends wouldn't give back. We thought maybe they would be thrown out or something but nothing like what took place. I was driving & carry a pistol on my hip when we get there she knocks on the door & nobody answers. We are about to leave & we are walking to my car that is still running on the side of the street. Right when we are about to get in the car she & my brother sees the person that has the clothes, plus another male. As soon as they say hey, the boy draws a pistol & fires his whole clip. I stood stunned & unbuttoned my holster but then thought about where we were & my mind told me not to pull my weapon. My brother pulls gun fires back while we retrest. yelled at him because I didn't know he even had a gun (turns out it's illegal). He didnt hit anyone but my car. we get home the boy is putting stiff on Social media with two guns threating my brother & family ile family idk what tobdo...
