Q: if my client is sued for contributory negligence in medical negligence how can i defend him

he doesn't show his disease to the doctor in intital 18 months then how can i defend him in contributory negligence any defence which you can prefer

Some of your primary arguments are going to go to the issue of failure to diagnose, but there is much more to it than that.
