Q: Tree cutting company let dogs loose from yard. Only one was recovered. No notice was sent. What should I do?
the tree company sent no information about coming to our house or needing access to our house for the power lines needing to be cut. Despite no warning and in our backyard and left our fence wide open. Both of our animals escaped. Only one was recovered and the other one is still missing, possibly deceased from the horrible weather conditions. What should be the first action I take against the company? They accessed my property with zero permission and even drove their vehicle down into our yard.
