Q: Anyone interested in representing small business case against multi million dollar company ?
I am small business owner and want to file case against multi million dollar company for non payment for last 8months. All email communication exists.
Proof of work is there and text message stating check has been released or ACH will be done there as well.. Recd 50% money and remaining 50% not paid for 8 months.
