Q: In which US embassy CR1 beneficiary should have interview: country of residence (UK) or country of citizenship (LTU)?

My spouse is UK resident for the past 15 years but has Lithuanian citizenship.

A: The immigrant visa interview can be requested at the U.S. consulate in the country where the beneficiary has resided which in your case is in the UK. However, information and documents from the home country must be produced and presented to the NVC and the U.S. consulate.
