Arlington, TX asked in Criminal Law for Texas

Q: i was charged with POSS CS PG 1 > = 1G< 4G for 2 hydrocodone tablets i have a script for in 2014 no court how to dismiss

my fiance was arrested in la salle county texas and he served like 78 days and 18 hours and they gave him $20,000 bail but let him out out with a pr bond and he has to call in whenever he is told to find out if he has been indicted. i personally think this is a waste of tax payers money because some police officer needed to keep his promise from the night before that just is not right at all. thanks in advance i hope u can point us in the right direction and thank you for taking the time to look at my case.e

A: Did you acquire the drugs in question from the prescription from 2014 (the tablets should have a lot number stamped on them)? Talk with your lawyer. Good luck.
