Q: If I got reckless not a DUI but I wasn't coherent and think I got drugged should I use that in court?
I'm in VA and was at a party the night before the accident and I dont really remember any of it up to the point of the charge. They did sobriety tests on me and it wasn't because of alcohol. I'm pretty sure someone roofied me.
