Q: My boyfriend was first incarcerated in Valley State Prison on November of 2018 due to penal code 187(A) as well as 2980
as well as 29800(A)(1) and was given 3-4 years but last week he was told by an officer that he had an arraignment. He was then located to Twin Towers County Jail. When I searched up his charge level it states that it is “ Other “ , what would this be about and will he have a sentence reduction or have additional years added onto what he has served already?

where did you see the Other term?
the best thing to do is to pose this question to the lawyer who represented him on the case. They will know all the terms and conditions of the sentence.
