Q: Ok my question is can sue this landlord for put a eviction in my name and I’m not even on lease sh

I come over to help my boyfriend out with his rent cause he is in jail and I told them if I can’t A Ford to keep up his rent I was moving his stuff out and she is putting him out cause of his pass I have the text messages and the police to prove it

A: From the brief description of the facts, if you did not sign the lease, in other words you are not one of the designated tenants, then you have no obligation and cannot be sued.
