Q: My neighbors dog is roaming in everyone’s yard and poops in their (including mine) yards. Is this legal?
The dog is super dirty and is pooping in everyone else’s yard. We asked the owner and they said it was theirs with another rude comment. Is it legal for their dog to go around the neighborhood for many days at a time? The owner also isn’t picking up any of its droppings.
