Murray, KY asked in Civil Rights for Kentucky

Q: if someone is constantly driving by your house and recording you, is that legal or can u get them in trouble.

we have had problems with these neighbors, but they have to drive by our house to go home. When they drive by they are recording us on their cell phone. No matter what we are doing, just walking out to our truck, feeding our dogs, etc. In fact we have seen them drive by and throw open their car door to try to hit our dog with the door.

A: That is legal so long as they do not come on your property.
