OFFICE TO REMOVE THIS NEGATIVE CAVIRS REPORT , AND THEY NOW TELL ME I HAVE TO PAY THE BALANCE OF $15800 PLUS APPLICABLE INTEREST TO GET ANEW LOAN , AND FHA IS THE ONLY WAY WE HAVE TO GO NOW --IT'S BEEN 21/2 YEARS SINCE WE FILED - WE HAVE --NEVER BEEN 30 DAYS LATE BEFORE OR AFTER THE 7 WITH OUR MORTGAGE YET WE ARE BEING TOLD THAT'S WHAT WE HAVE TO DO --SO WERE TOLD IT'S IS THE ONLY OPTION OTHER THEN WAIT 5 YEARS TO GET A NEW MORTGAGE --WHY CAN THE SBA DO THAT TO INDIVIDUALS WHO WERE FORCED INTO THE CHAPTER 7 --I THOUGHT THE 7 GAVE US A FRESH START?
