This situation involves a personal vehicle and a service vehicle used for business. During the course of the relationship, vehicles were purchased and are currently in the name of one of the individuals. However, the other individual paid for the personal vehicle and is currently making payments on the service vehicle, which is needed to operate his business. Now, that the relationship is ended there is a question of who is the rightful owner. The biggest concern being the service vehicle, as it is needed for business operations and the other party has no use for it other than to continue to create discord around it.... My question is is there a legal way to recover the vehicles or is best to let them stay where they are and simply purchase new vehicles?
