A: No! You still have constitutional rights that protect you and your families. When it comes to being pulled over, the police must have a valid reason to pull you over. They cannot use the stay at home order as justification to pull anyone over and question them.

On the incredibly off chance that you do encounter an officer during this time, you can simply tell them you are driving to the store to pick up food, which you are allowed to do.

The criminal consequences for violating the stay at home order is intended for more egregious issues.
