Q: Are there consequences for rescheduling a court case multiple times?
It's a " never having a license" charge. Been ongoing for over a year because my sister keeps rescheduling for various reasons. Does that make it worse in the long run
A: It depends, if she is working towards a license then no, however, if she is wasting the Court's time, then it could have a negative impact.
