Q: My ch7 discharged in July 19'. Willl the trustee take my stimulus check?
A: If your bankruptcy was discharged, meaning an order of discharge was entered and usually closed after its entry, then the trustee cant reopen to take stimulus check. ALSO, it is a post petition asset, so it should be no issue
