Q: Would it be considered a conflict of interest that speaking to the trooper that just gave his testimony

At my preliminary hearing to speak to me when I called in to post 15 & asked to speak to a investigator. He acknowledged who I was talked about the case at hand was rude and basically called me a liar by saying and arguing about a third person in the vehicle, that's why for a short time I was sitting on a center console in which had no cover, it was cold and rainy moved to make room,trust with my physical impairments I do not practice this position.
