Q: 2 days to make a decision my mom passed away just 3 days ago And being told I have to be out by the 30th of April!
I was my parents Dural power of attorney since July of 2019, they renewed the year lease on October 1st of 2019 sadly he passed away just 19 days later my mom is an amputee can’t care for herself or be left alone she had Ben in out of hospital the office was closed due to covid as we are asked to stay inside so I had march and April’s rent just no way to send my mom had passed on 4/11/ 20 from sepsis I notified them and asked to stay and mail rent the attorney representing them wrote me an email I have to answer within 2days or be responsible for loads of fees and basically giving me to the 30th of April to remove all belongings I just lost my mom on the 11th of April and basically told I have like 17 days to leave while on quarantine I’m not even through her funeral arrangements I mean they are arranged not complete I feel this is cruel please if I can get some advice on this or a way to show the email that was sent and what is recommended I have lost both my parents under 6 months
