What are my rights that I can do ?
Will he get arrested?
Can his child be taken from him?
I also will be having the baby when I turn 17. So what advantage could that be.
A: If you were 15 when you got pregnant there are criminal charges that can be brought against him. If you were 16 when you got pregnant there is nothing they can do.
