A: Are you an adult? You can decide who lives with you in your own home or not, not anyone else, if the home is titled or leased in your sole name. Your grandmother can evict anyone she wants to evict from her own titled or leased property. Anyone who assaults you can be charged with a crime and be arrested. If you are subject to an immediate threat of physical assault, you can petition for an order of protection from domestic violence. If you are under 18 and living in an abusive situation at home, you can contact child or family emergency services in the jurisdiction where you live. Google it.
