Blue Springs, MO asked in Contracts for Missouri

Q: Terminating my lease early.

The house had a broken window From the start no one fixed. Gave another notice still nothing. Now that I'm terminating lease early shouldnt that be deducted from what I will owe considering the broken window not only put my safety at risk from people that could have broken in easier but also I'm sure the raise in cost in my utility bill though I'm not sure on that one due to me moving in on good faith and trusting my landlord was going to fix it. I figured it cost about 200 dollars to fix and replace the window so shouldnt 200 dollars for each month I owe left have 200 for each remaining month detucted off?

A: Unless you and your landlord are in agreement as to an early termination, then you've got bigger problems than the handling of the $200.
