Q: What arrest or charges will get you denied for a Kentucky Racing License? I am assuming if you hav a felony.
About a Kentucky racing license. It ask if you have been arrested the last 15 years. It says any arrests which would be misdemeanor or a felony.
I recently had a misdemeanor reckless driving charge in Indiana and about 8 years ago I had a misdemeanor disorderly/resisting arrest which the charges were dropped. Wondering if the two misdemeanor charges would be an issue and also they were 8 yers a part for separate things.
