Hopefully, the only damages were the destruction of the charger itself, with no injuries or surrounding property damage. If that is the case, you could contact the manufacturer and bring it to their attention. If you are interested in a refund or exchange and compensation for the damaged component, tell them. They may request that you preserve the charger for their inspection, as they would probably be more interested in investigating it for defects that could result in fires with large quantities of units in circulation.
