Q: I was paying child support while married to her can I get that money back. I going through a divorce
I was paying child support since 2013 and was married to her and didn't know it was illegal. We are getting a divorce and I have a lawyer. Am I able to get that money back since we live together the whole time?

A: You state that you have an attorney. Ask your attorney this question. That is what you pay him/her to do. If you feel your attorney is not adequately addressing your concerns, you are free to fire your current attorney and retain another attorney. Good luck.
