Q: In the state of Kentucky, in the county of Adair can i personally file a RCr 11.42 or do i need a lawywer?

incarcerated on 3/07/20, held on a $10,000 cash bond arraigned on the 9th and ROR'd. Returned on the 16th unsure if in even had court, they only saw 4 inmates and myself due to the epidemic. The public defendent came out and said that were going for the paliminary hearing that i may hear things i dont agree with but just be quite. Now we never discussed the charges or the circumstances there with in. i also was sat at the same table with my ex boyfriend in which i had an EPO on at the time of the arrest ergo his arrest. i dont fell i should have been sat with him. i hadnt seen the vehicle in which they found the drugs in in almost 2 weeks and i hadnt seen him about the same cause of the EPO. now i was arressted for possession/ trafficing cause i appeared on seen to recover my personal property with him in that vehicle, the theif&2x meth manfg. was in it just down the road when my party meet up with my ex & him. i could not get back in the ride i showed up in due to lack of seating
