A: I don't quite understand your question. If you are charged with Attempted Murder you will need a lawyer to represent you. If you believe that you are a victim you should call the police and file a police report.

A: You need to hire a criminal defense attorney to assist you with this matter. The sooner you hire an attorney, the better.

A: The purpose of this service as I understand it is not for a bunch of lawyers to play "jump ball" and say "me, me."

The purpose is to answer general questions to see if a lawyer is needed so the person asking the question can make some decisions.

You clearly need a lawyer at this time. Anyone who is charged with what you're charged with does.

There are plenty of great criminal defense lawyers out there for you to consider. Many offer free consultations. The one thing I would caution is to bring in a lawyer with criminal defense experience....ideally someone who has experience handling this charge.

Now is not the time to bring in a (for example) real estate lawyer with the idea that any lawyer is better than one with your local Public Defender's Office (if you can't afford a criminal defense lawyer and are trying to hire someone on the cheap).

Experience and skill matter greatly in these kinds of cases.
