A: You should use the serial number assigned to your trademark application to search for the status of your trademark on the USPTO website. If your trademark was rejected or challenged by the trademark examiner, and you did not otherwise respond to the rejection/challenge, it is unlikely that the mark would later be approved. Check to see if your trademark was assigned a registration number and review all of the correspondence sent to you by the trademark examiner to determine the status. I also recommend you consult with an attorney if you are confused about this process.
