Q: How to write a motion for a stay concerning a mandate from the 4th dca requiring the lower court to follow all procedur

Judge, clerks office, and state attorney made many errors. My first motion was tampered with including times stamped 2 min deviation. 3 pages missing and duplicated. A translatorsentence name inserted but There was never any translater. This 2nd moptio f3 Judges assigned on this case, and no evedence was seen or logged in the police filies. Defadants first attorney was suspended from practice cheated me and defendant proceeded pro see, The judge doesent acknowledge pro see motion untimely because pg on collateral damages was removed and inadmissable, because it's the 3rd rather than striking the motion by the ilegal councel,. Mine is denied unbelievable the corruption. The police report is also falsified and I'm deported for suposidly selling 0.2 grams of cocaine, entrapped by illegal CI. Living in the USA married . to a citizen for 38 years children grandchildren owning home etc

I've filed my motions according to Immigration Judge & BIA advice. I need help
