Your question is more fundamentally related to criminal law and juvenile law than personal injury. You could repost in those categories and an Arizona attorney familiar with those areas of law could advise you if they pick up your question. But aside from that, this is something you should NOT do. You could both get hurt. You could both wind up with charges or disciplinary actions that could hurt you in applying to college or a job. You could create legal bills for your parents. This is bad on many levels. Avoid each other, speak with an older person for guidance or intervention, find a way to resolve your issues without your fists - and you will both have a better summer.
