A: The answer to your question is 100% dependent on your opening statement about something the State of Florida has or has not done. Moreover, this subject-matter involves decisions made by the BODs of timeshare organizations, decisions which are subject to instantaneous changes based on who attended the last meeting.

Therefore, in light of the moment-by-moment changes being made to federal, state and local laws as all governments continue to try to handle all aspects of the Corona virus pandemic sweeping the world, I (and many other experienced lawyers) have decided not even to try to answer any of the scores of "can I do this" or "whet will happen if I do this" or any other "what if" questions being posted a mile a minute by askers here on Justia.

Why? Because regardless of what advice we lawyers may give, if it backfires the asker will blame us--and might even complain to The Florida Bar.
