Q: I was charged with domestic violence 4yrs ago had a dvo/epo on me which expired last yr did i loose rights to my child
I am always being threatened that i dont have any rights to my child and the mother tells me that i have to do what she says or i will never see my lil girl again the mother has now been involved in a murder case which she was charged with burgurly 2 6 months later she was arrested for meth and a stolen car 4 months later same thing only this time which she had our lil girl in it she had meth,heroin,opiates and another minor
She never went back 2 court she has 3 warrants in the last 5yrs she has not worked she does nothing with our child except show her the
Wrongs and she smoked pot with her what can i do
