However, so much 3rd party content, etc., goes into building a website, you need to track down what are the sources of that content and under what license you can use the content on your site. As for the specific photographs of product you sell, be sure you are licensed to display them. One place to check is the Terms of Use of the distributor's website. It should discuss how its copyrighted works and trademarks may be used. Because there are many IP issues associated with website development, it would be good to work with an IP attorney.
