Q: Can my landlord tell me I cannot have no company or anybody over during the Covid 19 Pam Adamic

A: Likely not but it may depend, at least in part, upon the details and your situation. IF you share the same dwelling with other tenants or the landlord themselves, then perhaps yes though to be enforceable it likely has to be a policy in writing and part of your lease or otherwise properly presented to you prior to it going into effect. Without notice, or if you and/or your family are the sole tenants in the dwelling, I suspect it is not legally enforceable. If you want to know for sure, grab your lease and any related documents or written disclosure of the policy, and review them in detail with a local landlord-tenant attorney. Good luck.
