IF you share the same dwelling with other tenants or the landlord themselves, then perhaps yes though to be enforceable it likely has to be a policy in writing and part of your lease or otherwise properly presented to you prior to it going into effect. Without notice, or if you and/or your family are the sole tenants in the dwelling, I suspect it is not legally enforceable.
