Q: I have been divorced for about 6 years now. Me and my wife got a lawyer and had an agreement wrote up wher I would buy

What ever our daughter needed. We booth agreed no child support. Yet I wAs ordered to pay and have been paying every month. I missed a few . But pay an extra 10$ each month until I get caught up .theay still heald 500$ of my stimulus payment my question is why

A: The CARES Act provides that if you have an arrearage, that money will be withheld from the stimulus money.
