Q: I have a domestic abuse case (assult2) against my sister. I have court June 4th and I don't know what to do.

It was in my home and I repeatedly asked her to leave she refused she choked me and threaten my children I even left my home for several hours so she could come down and when I came back she was still irate. I have a witness also. I have two children I've never been in trouble for violence before and I work. All I was doing was protecting my home and now Commonwealth picked it up and I'm scared
