Q: Do I have an eavesdropping video recording case?

Hi, I was reading your article on video recording laws in Georgia. I transported my brother's children to his house from school all last year, because his wife needed me to. What I did not know was that his wife, whom he was divorcing, had placed a hidden camera in the living room to eavesdrop on him, even though her suspicions were unfounded. I fear I may have been recorded as well. I would like to place a civil suit against her and the man who helped her install the camera. Do I have a case for a civil lawsuit or criminal charges in Georgia? I have a diagnosed paranoid disorder, and the damages are mental and emotional
