Q: How can i get the charges against my boyfriend dropped if i have found evidence of his innocence
I have his GPS locations for the entire time frame that the state is claiming that he commited this crime. As well as there are many different factors in the arrest affidavit that will provide reasonable doubt such as stating that they located a latent hand print on the FRONT window of the business (which unless this business cleans their windows daily with windex it is possible that the hand print could be left during normal business hours) but yet no one processed for finger prints the one item they state the defendant tried to take which was a microwave located on the ground. if hes the one who left the handprint, wouldn't he also have left fingerprints on the microwave? also the business had no cameras or survellience. the cops brought a photo of the defendant to the business owner. the defendant was not found in possession of any items, from the business or items that would link him to being the one who cut the chain link fence as they claim.
A: Get the information to his lawyer...it will be necessary for the trial...
