Q: Is it legal for an employer to fire you right after an accident without first filing a police report,

Backed into at work and was physically pinched between the back of a truck and a cement dock and employer refused to call police, wanted employee to fill out an incident report before medical treatment was even mentioned which the employee refused to sign, and then called the employee after hours to fire them, and refused to get any information from the customer who hit the employee
