Alabaster, AL asked in Personal Injury for Alabama

Q: McDonalds 2day, my specialty order. The person in front of me dug through my food during covid-19. Lied 2me at window

I watched it happen, she lied to me at the window more than 3 times, the manager agreed she lied, put my life in danger 2day, I could possibly catch covid from this or spread to my immediate family. I have receipts to prove tgis, plus the manager said she had the girl on camera who gave me food after giving to someone else in the car ahead of me, who dug through to find out it wasn't theirs, then proceeded to give to me, and lied several times about it

A: An Alabama attorney could advise best, but your post remains open for a week. This could be a challenging case in terms of substantiating damages. That's ordinarily done with medical documentation in injury cases. If this did not result in medical diagnosis/treatment/testing, it could be difficult to establish a basis for damages. One option is to contact attorneys and ask their take on the matter. Good luck
