If they took you to a hospital and didn't blood test or urine test their wouldn't that make the whole accusation of DUI non- reliable
A: Not sure of your question. But DUI Defense is usually very difficult and you use everything there is to defend your Client. No one fact is ever conclusive Evidence on DUI's. And many, many Defendants are convicted with only the LEO's observation of driving and the FST's.
