Q: If my injury is small, such as a first degree burn, do I still have to report it?
It's a minor burn and didn't even blister. I'm not sure it qualifies as an "injury".
A: Personal injury cases typically involve injuries that require medical treatment provided by a licensed professional.

A:
Something about your question suggests it may not be a straight-up personal injury case, because you ask about "reporting" it, and whether your burn qualifies as an "injury." It sounds like this may have taken place at work. Workplace injuries generally involve reporting requirements... not so much for ordinary personal injury cases (other than filing for first party benefits, or state requirements for motor vehicle accidents involving a threshold injury). If this took place at work, you could contact a Colorado workers' comp attorney and let them advise. Good luck
